The certificate UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – User Experience Management (CPUX-M) attests that the certificate holder is:

  • Familiar with terms and concepts in the field of usability engineering
  • Able to apply concepts in the following areas of competence:
    • Managing usability engineering activities
    • Planning development projects from a usability engineering viewpoint, including quality assurance
    • Integrating usability engineering in the product development process
    • Defining and measuring success criteria for usability projects, for example key performance indicators (KPI)
    • Training project team members
    • Determining relevant deliverables for a project, and selecting relevant and appropriate methods and tools for creating these deliverables

Note: The curriculum and the certification process for CPUX-M are under development. We expect that they will be completed by the end of 2019.
